Baraynia Robillard began her career with ExxonMobil in 2007 as a sourcing specialist in Houston, rising through various roles in procurement, supply chain, and operations with global reach before relocating to Baton Rouge in 2014. In November 2022, she was named Workforce Development Manager, where she leads initiatives that bridge education and industry, expanding pathways for local talent to enter high-demand careers. Notably, Baraynia has driven the success of programs like the ExxonMobil High School Internship Program and the North Baton Rouge Industrial Training Initiative, recognized for connecting students and job seekers to sustainable career opportunities. Committed to “empowering future talent to meet the evolving demands of industry,” she is devoted to building inclusive, resilient workforce strategies that serve her community and beyond. A proud Texas A&M and Rice University alumna, Baraynia is also an active civic volunteer and mentor.
