Biography

Throughout her career, Caitlin has been an ardent champion of economic development, public engagement and community investment. Caitlin utilizes her 20+ years of expertise in urban planning, policy and economic development to create community and economic investment strategies across multiple sectors. Caitlin has worked in community finance, as VP of LISC; international trade and policy as the CEO of the World Trade Center. Her government experience includes a federal appointment as a Regional Advocate at the SBA and as Director of Economic Development at the Regional Planning Commission of New Orleans. As a Fulbright Scholar, Caitlin traveled to Perth, Australia, to create a governance model for ports and Special Economic Zones. Caitlin’s diverse experience supports a fully integrated approach to public engagement and complex project planning.
