Biography
Christina is the former CEO of Aera Energy, LLC and while in that role was accountable for the independent Upstream business generating over $2 B per year in revenue with 1100 employees operating in 5 counties in California. Christina has over 30 years of business leadership experience in multinational environments having lived in the US and Europe but worked across 5 continents. During her career, she built a reputation for strategic business transformation by focusing on talent development, and transparency. This approach yielded material improvements in financial, safety and environmental performance as well as improved employee engagement and stakeholder relations.
While she has previous private and nonprofit board experience, Christina is currently on the advisory board for The Ohio State College of Engineering. She is also a Non-Executive Director for Interfor Corp.and a senior advisor with BCG. She holds a ChE degree from The Ohio State University and resides in Lumberton, MS.
