Biography
Christine Harbin is Director of External Affairs and Strategic Partnerships for U.S. Senator Alan Armstrong (R-OK), leading communications and stakeholder engagement in support of his policy priorities. Previously, Harbin served as a senior policy advisor to U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy (R-LA), focusing on energy, trade, and manufacturing policy. She managed the Foreign Pollution Fee Act, Senator Cassidy’s effort to address unfair trade practices and strengthen the global competitiveness of American manufacturers.
During President Trump’s first administration, Harbin held senior political roles at the Export-Import Bank of the United States, supporting efforts to advance U.S. economic leadership and counter China’s growing influence in transformational export sectors. She also served at the U.S. Department of Energy, where she led external affairs and intergovernmental engagement.
