Biography
Frederick Bell is the associate director for Domestic Climate Policy at the Center for American Progress. Before joining American Progress, he served as campaign director for Delaware’s statewide coordinated campaign and as campaign manager for a D.C. councilmember. He brings experience in democracy advocacy, climate policy, and energy policy with a focus on coalition building and delivering practical solutions. A Louisiana native and proud graduate of Tulane University, he is also a former Climatebase fellow, a member of Phi Beta Sigma fraternity, and a devoted dog lover. He splits his time between Washington, D.C. and New Orleans.
