Biography
Heather Reams is a nationally recognized energy policy and political strategist with more than three decades of experience in public affairs, politics, business, and high-stakes stakeholder engagement. She is widely recognized as an expert in building center-right energy and climate strategies and deploying bipartisan coalitions to address complex regulatory and policy challenges.
Today, Heather serves as President and CEO of Conexus Strategies, advising organizations navigating federal policy related to energy, advanced technology, infrastructure, and economic development. Her trusted, long-standing relationships with policymakers are grounded in years of substantive policy work, credibility, and practical problem-solving. She draws on a decade of leadership at one of the nation's most influential clean energy advocacy organizations, where she established center-right clean energy engagement as a durable force in Washington policy discussions.
Heather has built a reputation for helping organizations move from policy ambition to policy achievement.
