Jane brings nearly a decade of international experience in business, electrification, and startups, having worked across Asia and North America. Her roles in EV charger manufacturing expansion and leading a home EV installation platform gave her firsthand exposure to the inefficiencies in residential electrification—directly inspiring Stepwise’s mission. With academic credentials from UPenn/Wharton and an MBA from MIT Sloan, Jane blends rigorous business acumen with a passion for impactful technology.
