Kevin Taliaferro

Kevin Taliaferro is Senior Director of Land & Right of Way at Energy Transfer with more than 20 years of experience in right-of-way acquisition, land management, and project execution across the energy infrastructure industry. A graduate of Texas A&M University, he has supported the development of pipeline and electric transmission projects nationwide through roles with a ROW service provider, Plains Pipeline, and Energy Transfer. 

Throughout his career, Kevin has led complex land and right-of-way programs for critical energy infrastructure projects, including strategic facility sites and large-scale linear developments. His expertise includes land acquisition, stakeholder engagement, project planning and execution, GIS integration, and leadership of major pipeline and transmission initiatives.
