Laura Beauchamp

Laura Beauchamp is Vice President of Business Operations and Strategy for Entergy Louisiana, where she guides the long-term decisions shaping how the state meets growing demand for reliable, affordable power – from traditional industries to emerging sectors like data centers.

With more than 25 years in the utility industry, Laura works at the intersection of infrastructure, policy, and economic growth. She oversees generation and transmission strategy, integrated resource planning, and customer programs supporting energy efficiency and demand management – ensuring Louisiana can support large-scale industrial expansion while maintaining the reliability and affordability customers depend on.

Her leadership helps position Louisiana as a critical contributor to the nation’s evolving energy landscape, balancing economic development with the need to modernize and harden the grid against rising electrification and extreme weather.

Beyond Entergy, Laura serves as an Adjunct Professor at Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business and sits on advisory boards supporting research at Tulane University and Louisiana State University.

A graduate of Tulane University, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Management (Finance) and an MBA.
