Lauren Berry

Lauren Berry is Vice President of External Affairs at Lapis Carbon Solutions, a private equity–backed carbon management company. She has more than 20 years of external affairs experience in the energy sector and beyond.

Before joining Lapis, Lauren held roles at Ann Taylor, Chevron, and Kosmos Energy, where she led international and domestic policy and economic development initiatives. At Lapis, she works closely with communities, regulators, and industry partners to ensure projects are built on a foundation of transparency, accountability, and trust.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from American University and a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University.
