Leo John Arnett

Leo John Arnett serves as the Policy & Research Director for the Office of Mayor Helena Moreno, City of New Orleans. In this role, he drives policy analysis on priorities related to economic development, infrastructure, and governance matters. Before this, Leo John served as Policy Advisor at GNO, Inc., the regional economic development organization for Southeast Louisiana, where he managed energy, infrastructure, and coastal restoration policy portfolios.
