Leo John Arnett

Leo John Arnett is the Policy Advisor at GNO, Inc., serving on the organization's Public Policy Team.  Leo John leads the organization’s energy policy operations, which encompasses preparing recommendations for policy options to implement at the Federal and State level and conducting comparative state policy analyses.  He also serves on the Clean Hydrogen Task Force, a 16-member body created by the Louisiana Legislature through HCR64 during the 2024 Legislative Session.

In addition to energy policy work, Leo John manages public policy portfolios related to infrastructure and coastal restoration, and supports GNO, Inc.’s overall policy operations at the state and federal level.  His experience was augmented by his role managing the day-to-day work of Michael Hecht and GNO, Inc. as the Super Bowl LIX Infrastructure Coordinator.  This position has provided Leo John valuable experience in infrastructure and transportation construction, coordinating, and policy.
