Matt Hart

Matt is responsible for the development and maintenance of relationships with institutional investors at Churchill Stateside Securities, LLC (CSS). CSS is a wholly owned affiliate of Churchill Stateside Group, LLC (CSG), a renewable energy and real estate tax credit and debt syndication platform that has financed over $6 billion in tax equity over the past few years. Matt has spent over a decade in the tax credit industry with prior experience as both an investment banker and as a corporate attorney for an international law firm. 

Matt graduated magna cum laude from Tulane University Law School and received his B.S. magna cum laude in economics and financial economics from Vanderbilt University. Matt is a member of the State Bar of Texas (inactive) and maintains his Series 22 and Series 63 securities licenses.
