Rebecca Brown

Rebecca has more than a decade of experience advising companies, trade associations, and advocacy organizations on complex energy policy issues, with particular expertise in the oil and natural gas sector. She specializes in strategic messaging, executive positioning, thought leadership, and integrated advocacy campaigns, helping clients communicate effectively on issues ranging from domestic energy production and permitting reform to LNG exports, carbon management, infrastructure, and energy security. Prior to Bracewell, Rebecca served in a senior leadership role at the U.S. Department of Energy during the first Trump Administration as Deputy Director of Communications, where she helped lead the Department's communications strategy.
