Senator Jeremy Stine

Senator Jeremy Stine was elected to the Louisiana State Senate in 2021 and represents Calcasieu Parish, one of Louisiana’s most energy - and industry - driven regions. He serves on key committees including Environmental Quality, Finance, Labor & Industrial Relations, the Joint Legislative Committee on the Budget, Capital Outlay, and the Senate Executive Committee. Born and raised in Southwest Louisiana, Jeremy grew up in a family business tied closely to the people, jobs, and industries that power the region. He began working at Stine Lumber in high school and now serves as Marketing Director, helping guide strategy for a $300 million company with more than 850 employees supporting residential, commercial, and industrial construction.
