Senator Jeremy Stine

Senator Jeremy Stine was first elected to the Louisiana State Senate in November 2021. He currently serves as a committee member to the Senate committees on Environmental Quality, Finance, Joint Legislative Committee on the Budget, Joint Legislative Committee on Capital Outlay, Labor & Industrial Relations, Senate Executive Committee, Select Committee on Military and Veterans Affairs as an interim member, and Joint Legislative Committee on Capital Outlay as an interim member.

Jeremy was born and raised in Calcasieu Parish. From a young age, Jeremy learned from his grandfather and father the important values of hard work, service, community, and faith. In high school, Jeremy worked from 
the bottom up, learning each department in the family business, Stine Lumber, which is based in Sulphur, Louisiana.

Jeremy currently serves as the Marketing Director for Stine Lumber. As Marketing Director of a company with over 850 team members and $300 million in revenue, he is responsible for the overall vision and execution of 
Stine’s business and marketing strategy, which includes online marketing and e-commerce.
