Stephen P. Swiber

Stephen Swiber serves as the Chief Resilience Officer in the Office of Governor Jeff Landry. A Morgan City native, Stephen attained an undergraduate degree in Political Economy and a Masters in Energy Management from Tulane University. Prior to joining the administration, Stephen worked in the marine construction industry for a private contractor working in the Gulf of Mexico and ports along the Gulf Coast.
