Stephen P. Swiber

Stephen Swiber serves as the Chief Resilience Officer in the Office of Governor Jeff Landry. As CRO, Stephen coordinates statewide efforts to prepare for and adapt to naturally occurring hazards. Prior to entering government service. Stephen spent eight years in the marine construction industry. He is a proud Green Wave, holding a BA in Political Economy and a Masters in Energy Management.
