Stephen P. Swiber

Stephen Swiber was appointed Deputy Secretary in August of 2025 by Governor Jeff Landry. Previously, he served as the state's Chief Resilience Officer and energy policy advisor to the Governor. Prior to government service, he served as an executive vice president in the marine construction industry. Stephen holds a BA in Political Economy and a masters of Management in Energy, both from Tulane University.
