Tim Ong is the CEO of Eye 4 Innovation which is a boutique consultancy focused on helping organizations turn innovation strategy into practical, scalable outcomes, with a strong emphasis on human-centered change.

Tim works with startups to navigate the critical transition from pilot to scale—helping them balance investor expectations with customer needs. On the corporate side, he works with mid-sized to large enterprises on innovation execution, with a focus on the systems, processes, culture, and capabilities needed to make change stick.

Before founding Eye 4 Innovation, Tim held executive roles at BHP, Woodside, Chevron, and Baker Hughes, leading transformation programs, new product development, and large-scale change initiatives.
