Tom Sikora

Tom Sikora is Senior Counsel at ExxonMobil responsible for international commercial and investment arbitration.  He is the former Chair of the Institute for Transnational Arbitration.  He serves on the Governing Board of ICCA and was co-chair of the 2026 ICCA Congress in Madrid.  As chair of the Corporate Counsel International Arbitration Group, Tom represents investors in UNCITRAL Working Group III. He is also a member of the US delegation to the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR and Vice President of the North American User Council of the LCIA. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of AAA/ICDR.
