Travis Cummings

Travis Cummings served in the United States Air Force for 10 years. After graduating from LSU, Travis transitioned into the political arena, working at the federal, state, and local levels. As his family grew, he sought greater stability and moved into the oil and gas industry, focusing on safety and quality across more than 10 shale plays with companies such as Halliburton, ConocoPhillips, and BP.

Travis later advanced to Regional Sales Manager at FMC Technologies (now TechnipFMC) and also spent time with Forum Energy Technologies.  In June 2024, Travis joined Martin Energy Group, marking the start of his career in the power industry, and today, he serves as Director of External Affairs and Marketing for Martin Energy Group.  Since September 2025, Travis has served on the Board of Directors for the Combined Heat and Power Alliance (CHPA)  and Midwest Cogeneration Association

Travis travels an immense amount of time so when he’s not on the road he spends most of my time with family and friends.  Travis is married to a glorious woman from New Orleans and has a 22-year-old Senior attending university in NYC.
