Walker Rosenberg

Walker is a seasoned energy finance professional with over 15 years of experience across investment banking, private equity, and project finance. Having started his finance career focused on traditional oil and gas equity research, Walker had his first exposure to renewables while at I Squared Capital (a private equity infrastructure firm with ~$50 billion in assets under management). The firm's holdings and subsequent transactions in wind, solar, storage provided insight in to the growing opportunities in the renewables sector, and following a move from Miami to Chicago, Walker joined Invenergy's finance and capital markets team to focus on project finance and tax equity in the wind and solar space. After several years with Invenergy, Walker joined Jupiter Power to co-lead its project finance group and helped establish and professionalize its tax equity practice in the wake of the establishment of the storage investment tax credit.
